Join our talk on target 2 of #sdg5 , Thursday 30 November at 12h00 - 14h00. Evidence shows that we still have a long way to go on the dramatic topic of #violenceagainstwomen. Our societies still linger on cultural societal models of gender relations and power that prevent coherent progress toward gender equality and more broadly on the #sustainabilityagenda. For the United Nations #orangeday within the I.D.E.E. Art Expo' at the #Gesseknäppchen forum in Merl, Gaialux proposes a talk on target 2 of #sdg5 , 30 November at 12h00. Eurostat will be present with the expert Ana Sabadash, to inform us where we are in terms of Indicators in Luxembourg and Europe. I.D.E.E. artist Miriam R. Krüger and Raffaella D'Angelo of Artemia Theatre will bring a creative and artistic perspective on the topic; Jessica Lopes member of the feminist platform #jif_luxembourg will guide us through an understanding of social dynamics and gender relations in Luxembourg today from the perspective of those engaged in daily work within the community." #I.D.E.E. "...Looking at education as one of the critical enablers for building the more beautiful world our heart knows is possible, this course exists to support the roots of the world's education: Primary and Secondary School.

As kids enter the school systems, they are very often moved away from holistic and systemic thinking approaches, frequently distancing them from a deeper connection with life on earth and regenerative systems. Inspired by his experiences and Gaia Education 4D framework, Veljko Armano Linta has put together this deep and interactive course to co-create possibilities with teachers from all over the globe.

This is an opportunity for teachers that are seeking to make a difference, connect their purposes to a larger community of changemakers, and offer their school and students creative possibilities for learning and building regenerative cultures. The course also serves to support the teachers who are wondering how they can weave sustainability into teaching their subjects without putting an extra load on their students, and themselves."
